• All prices are in INR and US Dollars.
• All prices are per person per journey on twin sharing basis.
• Prices are subject to change in case of any change or amendment in the maharaja train route.
• Children below 5 years shall be allowed free, subject to sharing of double bed with parents.
• 50% of the adult fare for children between 5 and 12 years.
• GST will be charged extra as applicable.
• Itineraries, destinations, venues and scheduled departures are subject to change without prior notice.
• Supplement may apply for Signature Journeys, special occasions such as New Year, Christmas etc.

• Accommodation in double / twin bedded cabins with en suite bathrooms.
• All meals, soft beverages, house brands of Indian wines, beer and spirits.
• Butler service.
• Guided off train excursions as illustrated in the journeys inclusive of entrance fees, still camera fee, transport and services of a guide.
• Complimentary tea, coffee and packaged drinking water on board.
• Porterage at stations.
• Services of Paramedic On-board.
• For guests booked in Deluxe Cabin, the transport would be a Volvo bus/Tempo traveller/Volkswagen crafter with a common English speaking guide depending on the number of pax.

• Any optional tours as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Taxes, Insurance, Gratuities.
• Telephone calls, laundry, alcoholic beverages (apart from the house brands of wines, spirits, beer served in the restaurants, bar and of board excursions).
• Video, film and professional still camera fees.
• Arrival and departure transfers.
• International and domestic air tickets.
• Pre and post tour accommodation and any tour extensions are not included unless specifically mentioned as part of the journeys.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancelation Policy:

A. In case of FITs:

• 60 days or more prior to departure, 25 % of published price.
• 45 to 59 days prior to departure, 50% of the Net amount.
• 0 to 44 days prior to departure, 100% of the Net amount.

B. In case of Bookings under companion offer:
1st Adult:- 

• 60 days or more prior to departure, 25 % of published price. 
• 45 to 59 days prior to departure, 50% of the net amount.
• 0 to 44 days prior to departure, 100% of the net amount.

2nd Adult:-
Full 50% of the adult fare will be charged irrespective of no. of days from the date of cancellation and the date of departure.
