Day 1 : NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Phuentsholing (Distance: 170 kms. / Driving Time: 5 hrs. / Altitude of Phuentsholing: 293 mts.)
Meet & greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport and transfer to Phuentsholing - The Gateway of Bhutan by Road from India. It is a thriving commercial center on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing

Day 2 : Phuentsholing to Thimphu
Distance: 176 kms. / Driving Time: 6 hrs. / Altitude of Thimphu: 2350 mts.
Note: The driver and guide will meet today at around 8:30 AM at the Phuentsholing border for immigration. The process should take a maximum of 1 hour. They will remain there until the journey to Thimphu begins. After breakfast, proceed towards Thimphu. Halt at Chojum to take photographs of the confluence of two rivers of Bhutan, Thumpu Chu, and Paro Chu. Reach Thimpu in the evening. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening free for your own activity.Overnight stay at Thimphu.

Day 3 : Thimphu local sightseeing
After breakfast, the day is dedicated to sightseeing in Thimphu. You will see the following tourist sites in Thimphu Kuenselphodrang National Memorial Chorten Folk Heritage Museum Sangaygang view point Takin Reserve Centre. Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion) and simply Bhutan .Dinner and Overnight Stay at Thimphu Hotel.

Day 4 : Thimphu to Punakha Transfer via Dochula pass and sightseeing (4 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Punakha/Wangdue via the scenic Dochula Pass. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy lunch. Visit the Punakha Dzong, Chimi Lhakhang, Punakha Suspension Bridge, and Punakha Village. Return to the hotel for Punakha overnight stay.

Day 5 : Punakha to Paro and Paro sightseeing
After breakfast, drive to Paro via Dochu La Pass, passing the Paro Chhu and Wang Chhu river valleys. Visit Simtokha Dzong en route. In Paro, check into your hotel and visit: Ta Dzong Rinpung Dzong Tamchog Lhakhang Return to the hotel for an Overnight stay.

Day 6 : Day Excursion to Taktshang Monastery
After early morning breakfast, you will be starting a Excursion tour to Taktsang Monastery. TaksandPalphug Monastery also known as Tiger's Nest is an amazing Buddhist monastery, temple and sacred site located in the upper Paro town. Built in 1692, Padmasambhava is believed to have meditated at this site for 3 years. Guru Padmasambhava is known to be the founder of Buddhism religion in Bhutan. He is immensely respected and has a huge number of sacred followers in Bhutan. Kyichu Lhakhang is one of the oldest Buddhist Temples in Bhutan (if not the oldest) and it is considered to be a prim.

Day 7 : The Chelala Pass (Day Excursion) & Transfer To Phuentsholing
Chele-la remains one of the least visited areas in the country and retains the air of an unspoiled, primeval forest. Drive to Chele La Pass (3,988m) from which on a clear day the view sweeps away to Bhutan’s second-highest sacred peak, Mt Jomolhari (7314m). On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening Free for Leisure. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.

Day 8 : Phuntsholing To Bagdogra / NJP Drop

Your driver will be waiting to transfer you to Bagdogra Airport, where you'll catch your departing flight. Bhutan Travel Check List
Before you set on for your Bhutan Tour, please ensure that you have the following with you so that your travel is smooth.
Permits, Bhutan Travel Documents and SDF
Kindly check if your permit for travel to Bhutan is advance E permits OR Permit on arrival. Please note if you are carrying anadvance E permit, your SDF has been already paid and you do not need to pay on arrival. SDF is payable on arrival for thoseguests who are travelling with “Permits on arrival” only.
- Please carry the following documents in original while travelling to Bhutan as well as carry 02 photo copy of all the
- documents.
- Passport (with a validity of more than 6 month from the date of exit from Bhutan)/Voter ID or Birth Certificate in
- English (for children who have not attained the age for Voter ID).
- Recent passport Size Photo with white background. (02 Copy)
- Birth Certificate must be in English & School ID proof for children below 18 years if they do not have passports and
- should be accompanied by the legal guardians.
