All Booking confirmations of the booking will done only on receipt of 100% Advance payment.

a) Additional nights will be charged on a pro rate basis.

b) The rate quoted is per couple food element for children b/w 6 years. Rs 500 b/w 5 to 10 yrs are charged Rs 1000/- Extra person above 10 are treated as an adult and will be charged Rs 2500/-

c) All extras also to be cleared during the time of check out.

d) Out side Liquor , food beverages are not allowed .

e) The Tentative room booking has to be confimed within 3 days of inquiry after which the booking will be released.

f) Pets are not allowed.

g) Rates subject to change without Prior notice. If Tax component is increased by the Goverment Directive , then the extra has to be payed.

h) All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
