Location:
In the southern coastal region near Beruwela, 90 km from Colombo
airport. Opened in November 2003, Neptune Ayurveda Village of the
renowned Aitken Spence Hotel Group is adjacent to the popular Neptune
Hotel with an own entrance as an independent annex. The days are calm
and serene providing an idyllic setting for an Ayurveda therapy, the
ancient art of rejuvenation and healthy living.

Ayurveda Restaurant:
All
meals are served in the open-air restaurant. The buffet with Ayurvedic
vegetarian meals gives a fine variety of traditional Sri Lankan and
international dishes, all in conformity with your Ayurveda therapy.
The guest will just choose the food which is applicable to his type of
body (according to the instructions of the Ayurveda doctor). The
restaurant overlooks a large pond.

Ayurveda Treatments:
An Ayurveda therapy usually
starts with the consultation and pulse diagnosis by one of the very
experienced Ayurveda doctors. The therapies are individually ordered
depending on the constitution of every guest. The Ayurveda Village has 12 individual therapy rooms, each one equipped with its own water spout and a small waterbody to create a unique soothing atmosphere.
The authentic Ayurveda treatments follow ancient traditional methods,
passed over from generation to generation. The guests are medicated
only with finest, nature clean herbs and oils.
